About Your Coach
Tricia is a coach, triathlete, wife and mother. She holds a BS from Purdue University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon. She's a graduate of Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, Virtual Coach and a certified yoga and breath work instructor.
As a coach, she helps women tired of running on empty, create routines & habits so that they gain back their energy, create time for joyful activities, fit into their clothes, and feel empowered to fulfill their dreams.
Once a successful director in corporate America, after 17 years of attempting to be a “have it all” Mom with 2 young kids, her body and mind broke down. She left her career to raise her children and recover her health.
She invested thousands of hours in personal development to change her mindset and achieve certifications; hired a personal trainer to improve her physical strength; and added food supplements to supercharge her nutrition.
Now, she's a 70.3 triathlete 70.3 (1.2 mile 🏊♀️ 56 mile 🚴♀️ 13.1 mile 🏃♀️) and NYC marathon finisher (26.2 mile 🏃♀️) on a mission to help women look and feel their best so that they beat overwhelm and have the time, energy and confidence to pursue their passions.
